Lydia GALLUP
Lydia GALLUP, sister to Moses Wadham GALLUP, was the daughter of Dwight GALLUP and his wife Lydia Ann WADHAMS. She was born on 5 June 1860 and died 27 Dec 1948.
In 1930 and in 1940, she is living, as cousin, in Hartford, CT, Notice that her gravestone has the same Ivy motif as her brother.
Lydia is listed as Lille in the 1880 census. That is probably because her mother and she had the same first name. At that time, her father Dwight is living next door to his father Lodowick and the family may have been sharing farmland.
The 1900 census lists her occupation as music teacher.
Lydia was single when she died.
