Hannah E. LAMB was the daughter of Samuel LAMB and his wife Eliza GALLUP, which makes her a Gallup by birth. Her mother, Eliza was the daughter of Peter Avery GALLUP. Eliza's line can be found in the Gallup (2009) Genealogy # 2416 p. 512. 

Hannah was born on the 16th of November 1846, married Christopher Gallup, 2nd on 13 May 1868 and died on 26 July 1882 in Brooklyn, NY She was the mother of  three children Hattie Tooker, Anna Billings and Christopher M. Gallup, 3rd. All of her children had prestigious college educations and careers. 

When her husband passed away, leaving the estate to her, she and her daughter Anna, moved to Brooklyn, NY. sometime between 1880 and 1910.  Hattie went to work at Eastman Kodak Co. and married an engineer (in 1897) who was also a graduate of MIT.

Hattie was the only child of hers to have children there may be many descendants living today!
