I have been enjoying the tweets from the FH Expo at Mesa, Arizona. Twitter is a lot of fun and very useful once you get the hang of using it. I was impressed with Mark Tucker's shared presentation "The Twittering Genealogist". If you are new to Twitter or are interested in getting more involved, then view his presentation.
I am using TweetDeck. It's free. I have it installed on my desktop computer, my netbook and my iPod touch. This way, I don't miss anything!

Couch Potato Family History
Last night, using my 2G iPod Touch and the Kindle app for it, I downloaded (wirelessly) the first book in Dan Waddell's book series aptly titled, The Blood Detective.
This is the tweet that I sent to Dan and his reply. Isn't it great that from my couch, I can work on my genealogy social networking (with TweetDeck and the new app for Facebook) and then relax with a good book.
