This very large monument in the Southborough Rural Cemetery caught my eye because of the clasped hands inside the wreath and for the awful overgrowth of lichen.
This probably not part of my husband's family but I wanted you to see the lovely carving.

Hi Midge, Totally cool picture of that huge family stone. Too bad about all that mossy Lichen growing on the stone. I like how you told about the carving - not too apparent as the stone is covered with that Lichen and the stone is weathered.
